Let it flow. The memories. They may be hurting, but for once, break your mental blockages and let them flow; so that you can make peace with them. Let it flow and face the truth, it may be painful but it is a part of you somewhere deep within. Feel the emotions and face those fears, to calm your inner self you must let it flow. It’s okay to let your tears roll down once again.
